Orders & Shipping
Yes. Free shipping is available when spending over £20.
UK orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. EU orders are dispatched from within the European Union.
Orders placed before 3:00pm are normally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm GMT are normally dispatched the next business day.
United Kingdom: Typically 1 to 2 business days.
European Union: Typically 5 to 7 business days. UPS Express: Faster delivery is available at an additional cost, with most EU destinations delivered within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times for international destinations vary depending on location and local postal services.
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
EU orders are dispatched using International Standard Mail or International Priority Tracked Mail, depending on destination and service selected. UPS Express: Faster delivery is available at an additional cost, with most EU destinations delivered within 1-2 business days.
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Courier shipping options are available upon request through UPS. Additional charges apply and a quotation can be provided before dispatch.
Delivery investigations may be initiated after 7 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for EU orders, and 21 working days for Rest of World orders.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will normally offer a replacement or refund.

Yes. Every peptide batch supplied by PhD Peptides is supported by a Third Party Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Yes. The current shipping batch COA is available directly from the product page under the COA tab.
Yes. Documentation for any batch previously supplied by PhD Peptides can be requested from our support team.
Yes. Third Party HPLC chromatograms are available and can be requested alongside supporting batch documentation.
Yes. All peptide batches undergo independent third party verification testing.
Most peptide batches are supplied at 98% purity or higher, with many batches testing at 99% purity or higher. Product specific purity information is shown on the relevant Third Party COA.
For routine storage, peptides should be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C. For longer term storage, peptides may be stored frozen at approximately -20°C.
Peptide products are stored in monitored pharmaceutical grade freezers maintained at -20°C to help preserve product integrity before dispatch.
Yes. Peptides are supplied in lyophilised, freeze dried form.
Yes. Batch numbers are displayed on product labels to support full traceability and documentation matching.
Yes. Sterility reports and supporting batch documentation are available for BAC Water products upon request.

Orders may normally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
