Dispatch Information
Orders placed before 3:00pm are normally dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm are normally dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday to minimise delivery times and ensure prompt order fulfilment.
UK Delivery
UK orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard delivery service.
Typical delivery time: 1 business day.
All UK prices include UK VAT and there are no customs charges for UK customers.
European Union Delivery
We ship to all EU member states.
EU orders are dispatched from Ireland, providing a streamlined delivery experience for European customers.
Typical delivery time: Most EU destinations are delivered within 5 to 7 business days, although some countries may take slightly longer.
UPS Express: Faster delivery is available at an additional cost, with most EU destinations delivered within 1–2 business days.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order appears delayed, we may initiate a delivery investigation after the following periods:
United Kingdom: 7 working days
European Union: 14 working days
Rest of World: 21 working days
If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Incorrect Delivery Details

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Customs & Import Charges
United Kingdom: UK VAT is included and there are no customs charges.
European Union: VAT is included and there are no customs charges. Orders are dispatched from within the European Union.
Rest of World: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other local charges that may apply.
