Orders are dispatched from our UK and EU warehouses. UK deliveries typically arrive in 1 business day, while most EU deliveries arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Faster EU delivery by UPS is available at an additional cost, with most EU destinations delivered within 1-2 business days.
Yes. We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations using tracked postal and courier services.
For customers within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable and EU customs charges are covered by us, so customers should not incur additional import duties or customs handling fees upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link where tracking is available.
Tracking updates are provided by the postal or courier service handling delivery and may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active online.
